# OUDEA Publication Model — v0.1 Final Draft

A publisher establishes a governed data entity through a stable DEID under a governance domain.

The public model separates:

1. **Identity** — canonical DEID.
2. **Classification** — required Class and optional Schema refinement.
3. **Operational role** — supply, demand or exchange.
4. **Resource kind** — entity, dataset or product in v0.1.
5. **References** — qualified DEID-to-DEID relationships.
6. **Discovery projection** — minimal public metadata for Search/indexing.
7. **Resolution** — Find maps stable identity to current infrastructure/access information.
8. **Exchange** — transfers the current authoritative exchangeable supply; latest versions by default in v0.1.

The DEID is stable while current infrastructure may change. Public index and Find representations are derived projections, not authoritative copies of the underlying data.

Implementation-specific Matrix room/event structures, queues, Solr documents and internal orchestration are not part of this public publication model.
